2nd Annual Amateur BBQ Challenge

Bring Your BBQ – Gas, Coal or other

A $50 (CDN) entry fee includes two racks of ribs for Judging. Participants can cook whatever they wish but Judging will be limited to ribs alone. Entry is not completed until payment is received.

Judging for the competition will be done by Strodes (Mmm BBQ). 

Ribs for the amateur competition are being provided to Strodes by Willowgrove Hill Farms.

8:00 am      Grillers’ Meeting
9:00 am Grillers begin! You will be given 2 racks of ribs
2:00 pm Hand In (You may cook other items but judging will
be based on the Ribs.)
