*Electrical hookups are limited – please provide electrical requirements below.
*A surcharge will be added if tent rentals are required.
How to Become a Vendor
If you are interested in becoming a vendor at Ribfest, please complete the following Vendor Application form. Please complete all questions and submit your form. You will be notified whether you have been selected to participate in 2011 Chatham Rotary Sunrise Ribfest. 

If you are selected we will forward you a contract.  The contract and full payment will have to be submitted by May 1, 2011.  Also required is a separate post dated (July 8, 2011) Damage Deposit cheque for $150.00, which will be returned to you by July 15, 2011 if there is no damage to the property where your booth is located. All cheques payable to ROTARY CLUB OF CHATHAM SUNRISE
