How to Become a Vendor
If you are interested in becoming a vendor at Ribfest, please complete the following Vendor Application form. Please complete all questions and submit your form. You will be notified whether you have been selected to participate in 2010 Chatham Rotary Sunrise Ribfest.
If you are selected we will forward you a contract. The contract and a deposit of 50% will have to be submitted by May 15, 2010. Final payment will be expected by June 15, 2010. Final payment will include a separate Damage Deposit cheque for $150.00, which will be returned to you by July 15, 2010 if there is no damage to the property where your booth is located.
